West Wigan Cross Country Championships
On Tuesday 15th November, children from KS2 took part in the Wigan Primary Schools Cross Country Championships. 6 boys and 6 girls were chosen to represent our school, competing against other schools from the Wigan area with a chance of qualifying for the Greater Manchester finals.
Congratulations to our amazing girls team who were the WINNERS of the West Wigan Cross Country Competition! Well done to our amazing boys team who finished 3rd, picking up the bronze medals!
Due to the brilliant success of both our boys and girls teams, we were also announced as OVERALL TEAM WINNERS for the West of Wigan!
