Community Afternoons

We hold regular community afternoons which involve our children, families and the wider community including the local Mayor and our local Member of Parliament and are always attended by members of our clergy.

We join together to take part in a wide range of activities with the focus on socialising, making new friends, spending time together and having fun. Our afternoons cover all ages and we target people who normally would not have the opportunity to come into school.

In July 2015 we were thrilled to win a Manchester Evening News School Award. We received our award in the Active Community category for our Community Afternoons. Miss Clayton and Mr Price attended the award ceremony and we received a lovely trophy to display in our trophy cabinet. This is the second time we have won an award for our Community Afternoons. We are very proud of how successful they are!
