Pupil Leadership Team
Our Pupil Leadership Team (PLT) is made up of twelve enthusiastic KS2 students dedicated to making a positive impact on our school and community.
The PLT provides a platform for children to share their ideas, discuss issues, and raise concerns, ensuring their voices are heard in shaping our school’s future.
Meeting weekly with the Senior Leadership Team, our PLT plays an active role in school improvement discussions, bringing forward fresh perspectives and ideas.
Additionally, members of the PLT have the unique opportunity to contribute to the appointment of new staff, sometimes even participating in interview panels.
Through these experiences, our PLT members develop invaluable leadership skills, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility, embodying the values of our school community.
