Nursery Bears!

Class: Nursery Year: 2019 - 2020

There was great excitement in Nursery when some very big boxes arrived. One was full of stuffing and the other full of empty bears.

As part of Nursery's curriculum focus this term on bears,  every child will have the opportunity to complete a bear by stuffing it and adding a heart, before naming it and then (the best part!) taking it home to love and care for.

With almost 60 bears to create it might take a few weeks!

The hearts contain some of our Christian Values and as each bear is almost finished the children pick a heart, say a poem, make a wish and give the heart a kiss before placing it inside the bear.

Choosing names has been the hardest task we've had Aria, Sophia, Annabella and even Bolton the fast bear!
