'Learning Together Trust' Experiences - Year 5

Following a consultation and significant planning, we are thrilled to be able to provide all of our children with an exciting 'experience' each school year, in addition to the enrichment opportunities that our curriculum offers. Each year pupils across the Learning Together Trust will experience:

Nursery -  Den making.

Reception - A country walk with outdoor entertainment.

Year 1 - A visit to a contemporary circus.

Year 2 - A visit to watch live music.

Year 3 - A visit to an art gallery.

Year 4 - Water sports.

Year 5 - Winter sport.

Year 6 - A city trip, including a University and Cathedral visit.

Monday 3rd February saw the first of our experiences take place this year. A very excited Year 5 joined with other pupils from Haigh and Aspull St. David's CE Primary School on a visit to the indoor winter sports centre, the Chill Factore, in Trafford. During the day they had a skiing lesson, tried different snow slides and had lots of fun playing on the snow park!
