Year 6 Safer Internet Day

Lesson: PSHE and citizenship

Class: Year 6 Year: 2016 - 17

As part of Safer Internet Day, Year 6 took part in a themed workshop, 'World of Thrones' with One Day Creative.  It was a fun and exciting way to reinforce what we already khow about keeping safe online. The children really enjoyed it . They felt it was something different and that all of the children had learned something new about keeping safe:

“I now know not to give out personal information in a password such as names of important dates- it’s best to use a nickname instead.” Harry

“You must never purchase an app without asking for an adult’s permission.”  Phobe

“ You should away check with an adult first before using a website that you have not used before.” Jorden

“ Do not share a picture of yourself wearing your school uniform.” Ryan

“Never let anybody know your password - not even your closest friends.” Jess
